On February 24th, 2011 I came to Prestige Imports to look for a vehicle. I was met by Paul Hansen, who proceeded to take me through one of the most pleasant and informative car buying experiences I can remember.

Paul took the time to have me view the car and all of its many features. I was never rushed, hurried, or pressured in any way. I was able to ask questions and get answers to my questions. It was a very comfortable environment.

It's all too common to run into obnoxious car salespeople who only want to get your signature and their commission as fast as possible. Paul proved to be a wonderful exception to that cliche, and he has ensured that I will be coming back to Prestige Imports for years to come

"2006 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S"

Dear Mr. Adis,

It is my pleasure to write you concerning the recent "long distance" purchase of my 2006 Porsche Carrera 4S. My Porsche Sales Professional, Dean Blackwelder did an exemplary job setting up and executing on all the details to make the transaction a real pleasure and success.

Because I was unable to see the car in person Dean took many pictures, even going home to get his own camera, so that I would feel comfortable with the condition of the car and so that I could see the different aspects of the 911 I was interested in. He supplied answers to every question I had regarding the vehicle and was always prompt in returning my numerous phone calls and e-mails. He also helped with the details of shipping the vehicle to California by recomending a reputable carrier, coordinated pick-up, even coming in on his day off to supervise the loading to assure everything went smoothly. Dean followed up on each step to assure things were being completed to my satisfaction and once I received the car phoned to check how the delivery went and make sure everything met my approval. He even went so far as to offer himself as a resource if I ever have any questions in the future. As a new Porsche owner I'm sure I'll have to take him up on that.

I absolutely love my 911 and am very excited to be part of the Porsche family. Dean's commitment to customer service, level of professionalism and attention to detail are to be commended and I'd like to thank Dean Blackwelder and Prestige Porsche for making this a wonderful Porsche buying experience.
